What if the watch is faulty on receiving it?

This is highly unlikely. All watches are visually inspected before delivery. However, VisiMas does accept Returns provided that:

the watch is faulty due to manufacturing defect.
it is not due to willful damage, customer negligence or abuse.
the returned watch is in new and unused condition. No scratches, marks, cracks, dents, dirt or blemishes on the watch or the watch band.
the returned watch shows no signs of wear, has not been re-sized or altered in any way.
the complete packaging, ie. unused and unfilled warranty cards, instruction booklets, watch tags, etc are returned.

Here are the steps to take to return your watch:

notify VisiMas your intention to return the products within 3 days of the receiving (The time of signature as recorded by UPS/SingPost). Notification email: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation email will be emailed to you.
for Singapore orders, VisiMas will arrange with you, a 1-to-1 exchange free of charge, at your delivery address, at a suitable time of convenience.
for international orders, return the complete package to us within 14 days of confirmation. You bear all delivery charges when returning the watch to VisiMas. Great Advice:
(i) Always notifying VisiMas first before returning products.
(ii) Always ensure that your returned package is insured, fully sealed and protected.
