How to e-Shop

Here explains the process for shopping on VisiMas. It has been sorted in the order which is most likely the same order you would take when shopping online.

Mode of Payments

(a) by Cash on Delivery (C.O.D)

Cash on Delivery can be pre-arranged at a suitable time & venue.

(b) by Crossed Cheque

Local cheques are to be made payable to "VisiMas Pte Ltd". Send your cheque to the following address with a printout of the email sent to you after you have confirmed your order. Alternatively, just write your order number, shopping date and name at the back of the cheque:

(c) by ATM transfer/Internet Banking

All major credit cards are accepted for payment, through PayPal. You do not have to sign up for paypal when purchasing items from VisiMas. When proceeding through the checkout process simply click on the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account, Click Here" button and you will be able to proceed without signing up. Orders made in Singapore currency will be invoiced in US Dollars. The Singapore-to-US conversion rate will be determined at the time of order confirmation. Orders made in U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, or Yen will be invoiced in their respective currencies.

* VisiMas does not receive or store your credit card numbers. Credit card numbers are submitted by you at the payment gateway provider's website. This information is secured / encrypted during transmission using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

How do I shop & order ?

Shopping on VisiMas is very easy. There are no lengthly forms to fill-in. You are also not required to disclose unnecessary information.

1.	Browse the e-Catalog. Click the e-Catalog button (@ left top) or go directly to http://www.visimas.com/eShop. Choose the item you like, and click the (Buy Now!) or (Add to Cart) button to add it to your shopping cart.
2.	When you are ready with your orders, you may proceed to checkout by clicking the (Checkout) button. There's also a (Checkout) shortcut link on the top right corner.
3.	A FREE online account is required upon checkout. If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to create one on checkout. If you are an existing customer, just re-login on checkout.
4.	Proceed with the Checkout process, and you can choose your Payment Method. Check your order and "Confirm" it. If payment is by PayPal or Moneybookers, you will be redirected to a secured PayPal or Moneybookers page.
5.	You should receive a confirmation e-mail from VisiMas.
6.	Proceed to make your payment, if you are paying by Cheque/ATM or Internet bank transfer. For Cash on Delivery, arrangements will be made with you at a suitable time & venue.
7.	VisiMas will keep you updated on your order at each process via email.

International Deliveries & Shipping Rates

Which are the countries do you ship to & what are the shipping costs ?

VisiMas will ship internationally by UPS. However, please do not address your shipment to a P.O. Box, forwarding address or hotel rooms as it will result in an unsuccessful delivery.

Estimated Shipping Costs. Actual costs will be quoted in your preferred currency upon checkout. UPS extended area surcharge may be applicable to specific points within certain countries. Minimum $21/-. Refer to Singapore site at UPS.com for surcharge rates. Visimas will notify you of additional surcharges if applicable to your destination.

When will I get my watch ?

The international shipping time is between 3 to 7 working days.

What about customs & taxes ?

You may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; VisiMas has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.

VisiMas uses local courier service (Singapore Post / SpeedPost) for deliveries. Kindly arrange to have someone around to acknowledge the parcel when it arrives at your home. If no one is around to receive the parcel, the courier may contact you to schedule alternate delivery days.
For delivery assurance, VisiMas requires a signature on all parcels. This means that the delivery personnel will not leave a parcel at your door.

* Due to popular demand, some models may result in stock shortage. If this happens, you will be notified.

** VisiMas does not deliver to Changi Airfreight Centre, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Terminals/Wharves, Changi Airport, Changi Airport Terminal, Seletar Airport, Offshore islands, Military Airbases/ Installations, Prisons, PSA Ports, Construction Sites as well as PO Boxes.
