Can I view & pay in International Currency ?

Yes. Prices are displayed in Singapore currency by default. You may also view prices in 6 other currencies - US dollar, Euro, Pounds, Yen, Canadian and Yen. To view prices in your preferred currency, choose from the dropdown list from the right side currencies box in the e-Catalog.

How can I contact you if I need help ?

I like to sort by price, etc. How else can I browse your catalog ?

In e-Catalog, you can use the Manufacturers box and Quick Find box on the left navigation panel. The Manufacturers box, allows you several ways of browsing, including sorting by price. The Quick Find box and its advanced search feature also allow you to do other means of browsing.

Is warranty provided ?

All watches come with one year local(Singapore) warranty.

For international orders, the watch may be returned to us for servicing. However, you will need to bear all delivery charges for servicing.

Are the watches genuine ?

Watches sold by VisiMas are 100% authentic and in brand new condition. VisiMas does not sell low quality, fake Casio or imitation fashion watches.

How is your catalog organised ?

The items are generally categorized into models, and within each model are its various colours. All the product names follow a standard format

AAAA-BBBB-XXXX
AAAA-BBBB indicates the Model. XXXX indicates the Colour.
X: 1-Black 2-Blue 3-Green 4-Red 5-Brown 6-Purple 7-White/Silver 8-Grey 9-Gold

So for example, for the product SHN-1000L-1ADF, SHN-1000L indicates the Model, 4ADF indicates the colour. So, did you notice that the model SHN-1000L also comes in another colour ? eg. SHN-1000L-4ADF.

How to understand CASIO's Product Name

Follow the standard format:
AAAA-BBBB-XXXX
AAAA-BBBB indicates the Model. XXXX indicates the Colour.
X: 1-Black 2-Blue 3-Green 4-Red 5-Brown 6-Purple 7-White/Silver 8-Grey 9-Gold
